Privacy Policy / Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy: We don’t sell your information to anyone, or share it with any third party affiliates. Plain and simple.

Terms & Conditions: Mazama Voiceover Studios is a home-based voiceover studio owned & operated by Mazama Entertainment, LLC. We are located at 10 Saint Pauls Pl. Brooklyn, NY 11226. Access to the studio is by appointment only, and availability is subject to change. Should Mazama be forced to cancel a recording session, Client is entitled to a full refund, and may request a discounted replacement recording session. Upon completion of the recording session, all audio files are sent to the Client via WeTransfer within 1 business day. Mazama Entertainment does not maintain an archive of recorded audio, and Client is solely responsible for the custody and care of the audio files after downloading the files, or once the WeTransfer link expires, whichever comes first. Failure to download the files is not a valid excuse for a refund, discount, or re-recording. In the event that, through fault of Mazama’s, audio files are either lost or destroyed, or a technical issue renders them of unusably poor quality (as jointly determined by Client and Mazama) a complimentary re-recording session may be scheduled. Audio files are delivered “as is,” without any post-production or cleanup. Client understands that additional post-production is a necessary part of the professional audio workflow, and is needed to achieve professional-grade results. Audio cleanup is offered for an additional fee and is by request of the Client. Audio cleanup includes background noise removal, vocal de-click (spit removal), loudness equalization, and breath removal. After audio cleanup, files will be delivered to Client via WeTransfer.

Client retains sole copyright of all recorded audio, and such audio will not be used by Mazama for any reason without Client’s written consent. Mazama may request the public use of images or audio captured during the recording session for publicity or demo purposes. Client is solely entitled to grant or deny this permission.
